Limiting Consumption
The problem with these adorable Pure Beauty mini-pre-rolls, is that I am up to a pack a day habit already.
At least they are not cigarettes, right? They come ten to a pack, and since they are minis, that is really the equivalent of just five regular joints, right?
The dosist TM vape pens attempted to solve the complex and very subjective how-much-is-too- much question with their dosage-indicator, a distinct vibration you’d feel on your lips as you inhaled on their stylish vaping pens. I did have some success with my experimentation with their various pens, but when kids starting dying of some mysterious lung disease after using e-cigarettes or vaporizers both with and without THC in 2019, I regressed to exclusively medicating with traditional flower, ground-up to smoke in my familiar glass pipe, or rolled-up to smoke in paper.
One guy may guzzle his beer, while the next guy nurses it. It’s purely individual.

While there is no easy remedy, and I’ve learned weed is really not my cure-all, it still is my go-to. As my shrink says, do what works for you, until it doesn’t work for you anymore. I’m curious though, how do others deal with this, or if it is an issue only for those inclined to obsessive/extreme behaviors, maybe what we used to call “addictive personalities” back in the day?
Sure, I’ve been both the beer guzzler, asking for another; and I’ve been the one nursing that one and only drink for the evening- but with weed, for me, it’s different. I almost always want as much as I can get my hands on. So, I’ve tried being mindful, and limiting my consumption, but frankly, it’s a day to day dosing question I have to ask myself. Most days, especially in the 2020 COVID conditions causing me to work from my own home, I go for those convenient habits, puffing a quick mini between zoom meetings – and before I know it, a pack is puffed!
